Make money by submitting your own T-Shirt Statements. You can submit a design, a slogan, or a poem and get cold hard cash. Just by submitting your t-shirt statement you will have the opportunity to get paid and win cool prizes.
To be elegible for our M.T.S T-Shirt contest you must adhere to the following:
1. SIGN UP- To get paid you have to be a M.T.S V.I.P member first. Simply go to the M.T.S. V.I.P member page and register to become a member.
2. GET THE CREATIVE JUICES GOING- Take some time to come up with some ideas for your entry. All entries must have a bible scripture within the framework of the design. Remember M.T.S is meant to inspire the saved and inquire the unsaved. So don't just slap a scripture on a shirt and say it's from the word of God. Hey the tee is used for a ministry.
3. MAKE IT HOT- Make sure your t-shirt design submitted does not exceed 3 colors, so be creative.
4. THE MTS FAMILY DECIDES TO ROCK IT OR DROP IT- When you submit your entry a panel of M.T.S judges will decide which shirt will be placed on the Rock it or Drop it page for the M.T.S. community to vote on. Based on the average score and number of votes we will determine which shirt will be put in production.
5. SHOW ME THE MONEY- Once your T-Shirt Statement is put in our regular inventory you will receive:

15% for every T-Shirt design sold for the life of the shirt. Your money making potential is unlimited. Whatever the amount you accumulated will be deposited in your paypal account. You must have a paypal account to be elegible to recieve money for winnings.

Submit Your Poem Make a Choice to have a Voice. Let your voice be heard. Spoken word is not just to be said it is also to be worn. Let M.T.S be your notebook to express yourself. Email us your poetry and you can start to make money. When you send in your poetry it will be posted on M.T.S for the V.I.P members to vote. If your poem is chosen it will be put in the stock for customers to rock, and you begin to make money for every poet-tee purchased.

Terms and Conditions
By selecting "I Agree" below and in consideration of Mytshirtstatement.com evaluating your Design and T-Shirt Statement (hereinafter the "Design") for its possible use on clothing and wall graphics (the "Items"), you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Design Submission Terms and Conditions"):
If your Design or T-Shirt Statement is selected for use by Mytshirtstatement.com, you acknowledge that you assign to My T-Shirt Statement LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates (hereinafter collectively " Mytshirtstatement.com") the entire right, title, and interest in and to the copyright in your Design and T-Shirt Statement including the right to sue for past infringement and the right to further sublicense the Design, for its sole and exclusive use on and in connection with the Items. You also acknowledge that you waive all "moral" rights that you may have in and to your Design.
If your Design or T-Shirt Statement is selected, Mytshirtstatement.com may use your Design or T-Shirt Statement in any manner on or in connection with the Items, including but not limited to: reproducing the Design or T-Shirt Statement on the Items, selling Items bearing the Design or T-Shirt Statement , changing or reworking the Design by making color or size changes, making derivative works of the Design and T-Shirt Statement, using the Design or T-Shirt Statement on the Mytshirtstatement.com website and on promotional material for, and registering the Mytshirtstatement.com Design or T-Shirt Statement with the US Copyright Office in the name of My T-Shirt Statement LLC as the Claimant, and you as the Author. You agree to provide Mytshirtstatement.com with minimal information as may be required in order to register the copyright in the Design and T-Shirt Statement if Mytshirtstatement.com so requests, at no cost.
You may use or continue to use the Design or T-Shirt Statement for any other purposes, except those described below.
If your Design or T-Shirt Statement is selected, you may not use the Design or T-Shirt Statement (or derivatives of the Design) or allow others to use the Design or T-Shirt Statement (or derivatives of the Design) on any Items, as described above. In addition, by submitting your T-Shirt Statement or Design, you may not reproduce, sell, or submit the T-Shirt Statement or Design to others for any commercial purpose for one hundred (120) days after the date of submission while the Design and T-Shirt Statement is being evaluated by Mytshirtstatement.com Once the one hundred twenty (120) days have passed, if your Design or T-Shirt Statement is not chosen for print by Mytshirtstatement.com, you are free to use the Design or T-Shirt Statement for any commercial or non-commercial purpose. However if your Design or T-Shirt Statement is used elsewhere, you must notify Mytshirtstatement.com by email submissions@Mytshirtstatement.com about where and when the T-Shirt Statement or Design will be used, so that it can be removed from the Mytshirtstatement.com website at that time. In addition, if the Design is used or reproduced for commercial purposes elsewhere, you cannot use the Mytshirtstatement.com blogs to promote the Design of T-Shirt Statement or the company using the T-Shirt Statement and Design. You further agree not to use the Mytshirtstatement.com to promote the products and services of any company that operates in competition with Mytshirtstatement.com. Mytshirtstatement.com reserves the right to choose your Design and T-Shirt Statement after the (120) days have passed, on the condition that the design has not been used for commercial purposes on any Items, as described above.
Mytshirtstatement.com You acknowledge that the T-Shirt Statement or Design you are assigning to Mytshirtstatement.com is your own original work, has not been previously published, and does not contain any trademarks, logos, copyrighted material, or any other intellectual property belonging to any third party, or any material, which Mytshirtstatement.com in its sole discretion, deems to be profane or offensive.
You acknowledge that Mytshirtstatement.com reserves the right to decline to select a T-Shirt Statement or Design for consideration for any reason, including poor design, as further explained in the "Decline Reasons" page of the Mytshirtstatement.com website, which is subject to change at any time.
If your Design or T-Shirt Statement is selected for use by Mytshirtstatement.com you will receive royalties for your design everytime it is sold. Mytshirtstatement.com reserves the right to change these payment terms and giveaways at any time, by posting them on the Mytshirtstatement.com website, and changes will be effective upon posting. Payment will be based on the terms in effect when your T-Shirt Statement or Design is selected. You alone will be responsible for the payment of any tax that arises as a result of receiving payment from Mytshirtstatement.com. Payment will be sent within one hundred twenty (120) days after Mytshirtstatement.com receives hi-resolution artwork deemed suitable for print. If the hi-resolution artwork is not deemed suitable for print as determined by Mytshirtstatement.com, Mytshirtstatement.com will notify you of the reason(s) for its determination by email and will make a good-faith effort to assist you in presenting a suitable hi-resolution format.
Participants, who in the opinion of Mytshirtstatement.com, do not comply with these Design or T-Shirt Statement Submission Legal Terms and Conditions, or for any other reason at Mytshirtstatement.com's sole discretion, can at any time be excluded from consideration without notice.
